Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are processed for purchases made through our official website.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You are eligible to request a return if:

  • You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
  • The product does not match the description listed on our website.

Conditions for return:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice/order ID).
  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of product delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Products damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or poor storage after delivery.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Perishable items (if applicable), due to hygiene, shelf-life, or safety reasons.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email at sales@palviagro.co.in or call us using the numbers listed below.
  2. Provide your order details, reason for return, and if applicable, supporting photos/videos of the issue.
  3. Our support team will evaluate your request and guide you through the return process.

Once your return is approved, we may:

  • Arrange for pickupvia our logistics partner (where serviceable), or
  • Request you to self-ship the product to our designated warehouse address (provided during return approval).

4. Refund Policy

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will initiate the refund process.

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business daysafter we receive the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
  • If your payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will contact you for bank account details for the refund.
  • In case of payment gateway or bank delays, please allow an additional 3–5 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

We will keep you informed via email or SMS during each stage of the refund process.

5. Replacement Policy

If you’d prefer, you may opt for areplacement instead of a refund, subject to the following:

  • Replacements are available only for eligible return cases (damaged, defective, or incorrect products).
  • Replacement is subject to availability. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
  • Replacements follow the same return process and verification.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), Palvi Agro will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For returns due tocustomer error or change of mind, return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our return policy instead.

Refunds for cancelled orders (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
